Teen Summer Reading

* Register for online at: www.manhattan.lib.ks.us or at the Information Desk at the Library

* Log time online for all reading done between June 1 and July 31, 2011

* Read a total of 15 hours to receive a first set of prizes. Read a total of 30 hours for a second set of prizes.

* Hours recorded online are entered for chances at weekly prize drawings.

* Find lots of things to do in & around Manhattan for summer using the "Teen Passport."

* Earn Teen Prize Party tickets by reading, attending programs, doing activities from the Teen Passport and more.

READING GOALS
15 hours: a grab-bag gift, Baskin Robbins coupon, lanyard

30 hours: free book, Quizno's or Papa Murphy's coupon

WEEKLY DRAWINGS
One entry per week for recording reading time online

PRIZE PARTY
(Need not be present to win, but those
in attendance get first choice of prizes)
Tickets will be given out on July 30 @ prize party.

TSR tickets are awarded for:
* 1 ticket for every 5 hours read
* 2 tickets for each event attended
* 5 tickets for attending the Teen Prize Party
* 3 ticket bonus for attending at least eight(8) Summer Teen Events
* 1 ticket for each item done on the passport (limit 50 tickets)
