Teen Volunteers

Teen Volunteers earn community service hours and gain job experience by assisting library staff and helping to make the library a better place.

Currently, volunteer applications are being accepted for this summer. Teens ages 13-17 as of May 20 are eligible to volunteer. Turn in your application soon, a limited number of positions are available.

All summer volunteer applications are due by library closing on May 6.

Things Volunteers Do:

• Work at Children's And Teens' Summer Reading Prize Desks.
• Prepare storytime and club craft projects and handouts.
• Straighten and dust shelves in the Children's and YA areas.
• Help keep the Children's Room and Young Adult areas looking neat.
• Help with events and storytimes.
